"I have recently (July 4, 2000) flown the 40 hours phase 1 test flying as required to obtain a special airworthiness certificate. I may now fly wherever I please - and what a pleasure it is.
Once at perhaps 2500 ft altitude above the usually bumpy air over the hot San Juaquin Valley, the aiplane trims out for hands off flying. I am looking forward to explore all the capabilities this aircraft has to offer.
I will now visit my children, looking down at the crowded and envious motorists on the highway below."
